MAPA awards terms and conditions

By entering into the MAPA Medical Excellence Awards, you accept these terms and conditions.

As part of your participation we collect personal information relating to you, including your responses to the entry criteria which are then used in Judging the awards. We may share this information for the purposes of judging and presenting the Awards, and may continue to do so, even after the Awards have been presented. By nominating for these Awards, you consent to your personal information being used to administer and promote the Awards and coordinate initiatives including interviews and case studies.

The information requested as part of this nomination will be used by The Australian Pharmaceutical medical and scientific Professionals Association (MAPA) to administer the MAPA Medical Affairs Excellence Awards.  Your personal information will be used according to the terms and conditions of the Awards.  We may disclose personal information to third parties in order to administer the awards and in line with the Terms and Conditions. It is not likely that your personal information will be disclosed to any overseas recipients.  To the extent that you may be entitled to do so under the Privacy Act and any other applicable laws, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal information held by MAPA by emailing mapa@mapa.org.au
